Seven creative roles: artists, musicians, producers, photographers, videographers, studios and venues. Songwriters and engineers join as an artist, musician or producer and add those skills. Fans can follow creatives and browse.

No. Distance ranks the deck but does not fence it, and the Feed has a Global audience. In a smaller city the deck can run out; the app then points you to the Feed, Spaces and invites.

The deck is ranked on six signals: role fit, genre overlap, how recently someone was active, profile completeness, distance and KollabScore. You tap Interested or Pass. When you are both interested, you are connected and the chat is open.

Strict messaging is on by default. Strangers reach you through a mutual match, a reply to your Feed post (one message), or the Messages from Fans setting if you turn it on. You can mute, report and block from any thread.

No. A card shows up to two plain reasons it is in front of you, like shared genres or the same city, and the work itself.

No. They receive. Creatives find them in Spaces, see the rate and whether walk-ins are on, and send a request with a date and a session length.

No. KollabMe never holds or processes payment. The rate and the terms get agreed in the app; the money settles between the two of you, however you choose.

No. Because KollabMe never touches the money, there is no escrow, no refund process and no dispute resolution. What you get is the record: the terms you agreed on the card, the timestamped thread, and a completion both people confirmed.

One person tapped Mark as Complete and the other tapped Confirm & Close. You cannot confirm your own. Only then does the collab count on both profiles and both KollabScores move.

A score from 0 to 100 built only from finished collabs: completion rate, partner ratings, how fast you reply, recent activity and tenure. Under three completed collabs it reads NEW. Beat licences never move it.

A listing says which files are included (Tagged MP3, Untagged MP3, WAV, Trackout), whether credit is required, what samples are in it, and how the producer takes payment. You request, they accept, you pay them directly, they deliver, you confirm. There are no lease or exclusive tiers; anything beyond the listing is agreed in the chat.

No. It is a record of what you both agreed, with timestamps. Write the terms you care about into the note, and use a split sheet for writing credits. Our guides and templates cover both.

Everyone in the deck confirmed their location once; KollabMe checks once and never tracks. Matching does not vet anyone beyond that. Play the work, read the profile, keep the conversation in the thread.

Being asked to pay before a request is accepted, or to move to another app before you have worked together. The chat warns you at both moments. Keeping the thread on KollabMe means there is a record if something goes wrong.

From the card, the profile, the post or the message. A person reads reports. Copyright complaints go through the in-app report and the copyright policy.
